L’obbligo di pubblicazione come definito dalla Delibera ANAC 495/2024 integrata dalla Delibera 481/2025 all. 1 è compatibile solo parzialmente con le peculiarità organizzative e funzionali della Società; pertanto tale obbligo si ritiene assolto con la pubblicazione dei dati effettivamente disponibili.
